Don't know for sure for a 2007, but for a 2002 expedition it is the top left fuse (25 amp) in the fuse compartment to the left and under the steering wheel.
Check for a blown fuse. have checked fuses with meter under driver side dash and under hood on 2004 explorer
There is another fuse box (all minifuses) located under the dash on the drivers side, there is a 20 amp fuse that works both the radio and lighter there
Did you check the fuse in back of radio? and you might have more fuses under hood of car that may have blown out. my car has fuses inside and out under the hood also. If all fuses are good then you just smoked your radio.
All fuses are under the hood, next to the battery. The lid has a diagram.

Hello all , i just signed up so I'm not quite sure how to comment on one of the answers for my question which was where the fuse for the radio and cigarette lighter for a 1998 Toyota corolla was. Just wanted to say thanks to the person who said it was behind the little storage box to the left of the steering wheel. I checked under the steering and under the hood by the battery and found fuses but not for the radio. Thanks again! have a good day. .
You say the fuses are fine, i have just had the same problem. is your radio/headunit also not working??? And have you checked the fuses under the bonnet aswell as in the drivers footwell. I just replaced some of my fuses and it worked fine. Make sure your inginttion is off whilst removing/replacing fuses.(unless testing to see if it worked) Hope this helped!
Did you check the fuses in the power distribution box under the hood?
In a 91 Previa, most of the fuses are under the top panel, at center of dash. There is a small release botton, under the lip of the dash panel, above the radio. There are some main fuses under the hood, by the battery.

My car started fine but now my clock and radio don't work . I replaced all the fuses under my steering wheel and still no clock or radio. i checked under my hood and changed some more mini fuses in the little fuse box thats located in front of my steering wheel .
