You should have 4. Each located on the exhaust near the catalytic converter. The upper (before the catalytic converter) are about a foot away from the catalytic converter towards the engine. The rear (lower) are the same distance toward the rear of the vehicle. The drivers side upper O2 sensor is the most difficult (due to wrench access) to change but all are fairly easy.
