There are 3 on each side. 2 in front of axle are visible in brackets off frame rail. Last one is between axle and rear bumper in frame (look up through hole to find it).

I have 1999 chevy Silverado z71 wanting to see if a 1994-95 chevy Silverado z71 bed will fit
69
yes, as long as the 2000 is a long bed, all chevy/gmc beds are the same from 1999-2007(classic)
it all depends on the body style whether its the same or not
NO. Not from the factory.
There will be 6 main bolts (some may have more bolts or less) on the top of the bed. Remove all bolts. After, check for the wiring connections. There should be a releasable wiring harness up towards the cab, unplug the wiring. If you have a towing pkg you will need to disconnect the wiring from that also.
i have had 1800 pounds of sack-crete in the bed

6 or 8 bolts Beleve it is 6
to remove a bed on a Chevy truck you have to 1 take the gas filler neck looose (three bolts) 2 un hook the taillight wires 3 ther are 8 bolts in the frame rail that hold the bed on the should be 18mm take them out and lift it off
Yes as long as the 1999 is not a classic model.
