Hi,
The relays for the radiator cooling fans are located in the underhood fuse block. There should be a label on the underside of the fuse block cover, but I have included a link (below) to a site that shows the relays. You will have to scroll down a little bit, as that page shows all the fuse block diagrams in the van. I have checked and the layout for all of the 2001-2004 Ventures are the same.
Good Luck, Greg
The cooling fan relays, there are three, are located in the fuse box under the hood above the battery.

Cooling Fans Fuses and Relays are in the Underhood Fuse Block #2. See page 6-67 of your "Owner's Manual for details...

If you are referring to a late-model Chevy Venture (or similar Chevy), the relays (there is more than one) that control the fans are located in the under hood fuse box. I have included a link to one such fuse box, which has pictures and diagrams of the fuses and relays inside. Good Luck!
Where is the low cooling censor located on a 2001 Chevy Malibu?
There is no reset switch. The fuel system is computer controlled with relays.
It is located on the right side of the underhood fuse box. There is a panel that you can pull up underneath a metal brace. The cooling fan relays and fuses are located there.
on my 2000 Chevy Venture, it's the one that sits pretty much on the top of the belt drive.
Hi, There are two relays that are controlled by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) that are responsible for controlling the cooling fans. The PCM will switch the relays on and off depending on certain conditions, such as engine temperature and whether or not the air conditioning compressor is turned on. I have included a link to a site that describes the way that the cooling system works on these vans, which goes into a good amount of detail. Good Luck, Greg
