Ok what are the fuses in the engine fan No.1, fan No2, and fan No3 , what are the for.
These fuses and control unit control that big fan motor on your radiator.

They are in a little black plastic holder, next to the radiator and battery, on the radiator support panel.
Check the fuses, check the relays and check the temp switch.
Hi,The fuses for the radiator fans are located in the Under-hood fuse block, which is located just above the battery. I believe there are actually two fuses: COOL FAN 1 & COOL FAN 2. You can see a diagram on the link provided.Good Luck, Greg

check fan relay, fuses. jump power to fan. check freon level in a/c system.
To change the thermostat in a 2002 Nissan Xterra, remove the bolts that hold the cooling fan in place. Lift the fan out of the vehicle and loosen the clamp holding the lower radiator hose to the thermostat housing with a wrench. Remove the thermostat out of the mounting and replace.
