There are two fuse boxes in this year of eclipse as well as many other cars as well, one is under the hood to the right which hold the main crucial fuses the other is under your steering wheel on the left wall beside your pedals the fuse for your turn signals are in there. -Cody
try replacing all sets of fuses for the hazard and the tail lights.
Check the fuses and it may be the flasher relay as they have 2 try turning the hazard lights on and off a few time as you relay may be stuck.

The 1996 Mitsubishi headlight fuses are in the fuse box. The fuse box is in the engine compartment. There are two separate fuses for the headlights. The location of the fuses can be found on the inside cover of the fuse box.

my turning signals dont work on my 91 integra LS. They were working a day before. so the next day they werent. I also had battery problems but i had checked every single fuse and the fuses arent burn. My turning signals do not work what so ever.
I would check the main wiring coming from the cabin to the engine compartment. Also make sure that all fuses are good.
