Where are the oil pump and front cover assembly located on a 1993 Buick Century V6 3.3L engine?

I suggest you get a manual on your car from the parts store or from AUTOBOOKSONLINE.COM. You can see where everything is on the engine. According to the Haynes Manual for Full-Size Buick, Olds and Pontiacs, 1985 through 2000, the oil pump is located inside the timing chain cover, at the front of the motor.
