Where are the sensors for the transmission on a 95 Chevy Blazer and when you put in reverse it acts fine but then when you try to go more in reverse it feels like the emergency brake kicks on?

Sounds like you may have a frozen clutch pack. No quick fix there, talk to a transmission shop.

You blew your transmission, took out the reverse gear. You'll have to take it to a tranny shop and get it rebuilt (not cheap), or replace it yourself with one from a scrap yard. ($600 in parts, a weekend to do it)

If this is an automatic transmission, more than likely the transmission is on it's way to the junkyard. Usually failing transmissions lose reverse first, then the higher forward gears - last will be the lowest forward gears.
