if it is a 4 cylinder, you need to disconnect the electrical connector at eh IDI cover, then remove the four engine cover mounting bolts and pull the cover stright up until the boots come free ot the spark plugs, than they are between the cam housings. for the V6 the front three are easy, but you need to turn the boot one full turn and pull it from the plug, some time they are hard to pull off. The back ones are hard to get too, but i take the alternator off to get to them
