A very good question (and one not helped by the absence of a Hayne's manual);
1) Remove the grey plastic cover on top of the engine block by turning the 6 plastic screws 90 degrees. 2) Remove the 3 bolts securing the black plastic cover in the centre of the engine block. 3) Lift up, and hey presto - there they are!
