There are no timing marks, the crankshaft must be TDC and the camshafts have cuts on the end the cut looks central but it isn't, the low side goes to the bottom and should be locked in place.
line up the marks on the belt to the marks on the timing wheels
All timing marks are on the front of the engine. locate your serpentine belt and look in the middle. Very hard to locate. look close
no you need timing tools put a timing pin in the block to lock the crankshaft and use the timing tool to lock the cams
