One on top of the school
In the nuclear power plant at the very top you have to ride the fans upwards
Theres 2 i think in The Simpsons Garden
One in Ned Flander's Garden
Go to the trailer park and i think there is one in Cleatus's front or back yard but I'm not sure
Go to where Mr Burns is going to be buried in the power plant and theres one at the top of his coffin
