Should be a 4 speed.

on exhaust pipe there is one right under the manifold

It runs up along the driver side of the engine .
ive got a 91 eagle talon also, the transmission is great. works perfect and all. BUT the reverse dosent work at all.. so in other words, all other gears work perfect. EXCEPT reverse. not sure of this problem.
It is located to the left, as you stand in front of the radiator, under the battery on the passenger side.
Your torque converter clutch is locked up which is usually a solenoid failure.
airbag module is under the tray located on the back of the center console the impacet sensors are behind the bumper
check your speedometer sensor located back left of engine bay on top of the transmission
