The Mazda Millennia Speed sensor tells the speedometer how fast the vehicle is traveling. Speed sensors are located on top of the transmission housing where they can reach the input shaft. The speed at which the input shaft spins tells the vehicle how fast it is moving.
You can find an exploded view of the 1996 Mazda Millenia 2.5 liter engine at most Mazda dealerships. You can also find the exploded view in most Mazda service manuals.

Mazda millenia's have the same kind of key as a Lexus...the dealership is the only place that i know of... You have to find a locksmith that has a "sidewinder" cutting machine. They can cut the key much cheaper than the dealer!
