A pharmacy technician must attend the same school as any other person to become a pharmacist. Depending on your state, you will probably have to take a couple years of basic classes (pre-requisits to pharmacy school) and then enrol in the actual pharmacist program. The degree required by most states is a PharmD.

The good place to find a pharmacy technician jobs is at a pharmacy company such as Boots Pure Drug Company Ltd. Also you can find a job at your local hospital, or if you have a certification, you can open an drug store yourself.

Yeah of course... Go to school for 2-4 years undergrad with a focus in pharmacy. Take the PCAT. If you do well you can then probably get admitted to a Doctor of Pharmacy program (Pharm D).
