In the United States you cannot work construction until you are eighteen years old, for safety reasons. However, as the construction industry desperately needs qualified hands, I suggest you gain experience in any way you can by applying yourself to tasks you enjoy. Also, focus your educational experience towards mathematics and engineering while not neglecting the other requirements. Believe it or not, someone who likes to get things done by manual, or hand, labor can benefit tremendously from educational experience. Begin looking into colleges that specialize in engineering disciplines but realize that you are probably too young to make these kinds of decisions right now. Best wishes in your endeavors.
