If you live near anywhere where the US Military previously had a presence, there are often small shops that carry American products (Kool-Aid, Wonder Bread, etc.). The US Amazon site sells HP, but unfortunately only ships the product domestically; if there are no "Americana" stores in your area, there are several "clone" recipes online ( http://recipes.calputer.com/heinz-57-steak-sauce-recipe.html looks pretty good), or you might want to try mixing different things with HP Brown Sauce until you achieve the result you're looking for, since the ingredients in each are fairly similar.
Mutt. In my grandfather's day they also used to call them Heinz 57s, after the steak sauce with 57 ingredients.
The ingredients of Heinz 57 sauce include tomato paste, corn syrup, anchovies, onions, salt, garlic, tamarino concentrate, chilli pepper, mustard flour and soybean oil.

A "Heinz 57" dog is a mixed breed dog of uncertain ancestry- a mutt. The name refers to the "57 varieties" Heinz slogan.
Go here for an explanation: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mixed-breed_dog Simply put, the correct term is "Heinz 57" not just "Heinz" as the number 57 is a reference to the number of (secret, therefore unknown) ingredients that make up the sauce. When used to describe animals (most often dogs) the term "Heinz 57" means the dog is a mutt or mongrel (of unknown or mixed breeds) and not a purebred.
