If the question is asking where you can buy the original Old Testament / Jewish Bible in Hebrew and Aramaic and where you can buy the Koine Greek original version of the New Testament, you would have to buy those separately.
For the Jewish Bible, I would go to a Jewish Website, either Art-Scroll or Jewish Publication Society. Both offer the original Hebrew (which is the same between them) and a translation (which differs). For the Koine Greek Version of the New Testament, you would be better off going to Amazon.
Alternatively, the website BibleGateway has the Leningrad Codex (which is the Hebrew Old Testament) and several Koine New Testaments.
Here are my suggestions. Click on the links below to see them on Amazon.
The Hebrew Bible
One of the best, with a very careful translation is the Koren Tanach, which not only has Hebrew and English, but also uses Hebrew phonetic spellings of all the people and place names (Moshe instead of Moses, Avraham instead of Abraham) etc. according to Hebrew pronunciation.
The New Testament
A good edition for those studying Greek is the Greek-English New Testament, which is a side-by-side (Greek on one page, and English on the opposite page). It uses the Revised Standard Version of English, which is reasonably accurate.
Yes.
This is not a Jewish practice, so it would be unusual to find a merchant that does this. But you can buy a Hebrew Bible from the link below, and then take it to an Engraver.
There is a hebrew word spelled qana (×§× ×”), which means "to buy", "to purchase," or "to redeem." In modern Hebrew, it is pronounced "kah-NAH"
One may buy a Greek New Testament Bible through the vendor "Christian Book". They have a couple different formats and sizes for Greek bibles and have fair prices.
Anywhere that sells software. For example, Amazon sells all kinds of software in any language.
It depends where you buy it. You can buy an English one and change the language on the iPad into Hebrew. To change the language: Settings-->General-->International-->Language-->Hebrew
There are several versions that use transliterations of the the original Hebrew names in the KJV. The Restored Name King James Version and the Sacred Name Bible are both available online: http://www.sacrednamebible.com/
