under the steering wheel
there is not one
turn wheel and key in the ignition at same time.
I believe you need to pull the steering wheel off and get in the steering column that way. I had this done on a previous car, (expensive) so this time I just hot wired to the starter and added a tago switch.
Only in the steering wheel I presume.
You need a special tool to remove steering wheels. It is a steering wheel puller. You can purchase one at your local auto parts store.
Take horn apart, remove center nut & use a steering wheel puller (carefully, when they break loose, it can be fun)
Front, lower drivers side of engine, between radiator and engine.
you will need a special tool called a steering wheel puller. they are needed to compress the rings around the column and wheel and release it so you can remove the main nut.
