The fuses in a 1991 Toyota Corolla are situated at two different spots, depending on the kind of fuse. Some are inside the car under the dash. There are other for engine components and these are located in a black box next to the wiper tubes.
The fuses in a Toyota Corolla 2000 are for various components of the car. For instance, the fuses power the windshield wipers, the radio, the power windows, and the power seats.

The fuse box of a 2006 Toyota Corolla is located in the right side of the engine compartment. There is also a fuse box located under the dash board driver's side which fuses for tail light, stop light, wipers, and cigarette lighter are attached into it.

In a 1993 Corolla the fuses for the taillights are up under the dashboard. Left of the steering wheel. Behind the fold down coin holder, and a REAL pain to get to. One of the very few things I don't like about my Corolla, accessibility of that fuse box
Check the owners manual. I believe both fuse boxes have spare fuses. Yes there are spares. My 2006 Corolla, same generation car has them
For my Toyota corola from 2002 the fuses for the clock and radio are located in back off the storage compartment door(storrage only) in the left side off the driver.....You pull out the door and you will see the panel with some fuses..
The fuse box for Toyota corolla 1993-97 models is located under the hood just behind the battery (on the driver side). Should be fairly easy to locate 2 black plastic enclosures with components listed on the top of the box. Just pop open the lid of the box to have access to the fuses. Hint: There is plastic fuse plucker attached on the inside of the lid to help remove fuses. There is also a fuse panel in the driver's side and passenger side kicker panels if those were the fuses you were needing to locate.(At least on the '97 Corolla.) If you have the Owner's manual for the vehicle, it will tell you as well as show you where the fuses are located.
It should be under the hood in one of the boxes w/ all the fuses....
you should be able to find a diagram in the owners manuel, or on the fuse cover.
Not far from the main fuse box, located next to the battery, there is a smaller fuse box marked air...should be easy to find under the hood.
check the fuses and then check the flasher relays
the flasher fuse is in the fuse block look in your owners manual under fuses
If you are asking where they are located, then it is just under the kick panel(if you are driving and you kick your feet forward), to the left, you will see a cover that you can remove by hand, and those are some of the major fuses. Otherwise, the remainder are located inside the engine bay on the drivers side near the battery.
On most Tacomas, the fuses are located in two places. Under the hood inside a plastic box and inside the cab, behind a small panel on the driver's side (look below the steering wheel and to the left). The lid of the box under the hood contains a tool for removing the fuses, spots to store spare fuses and a diagram identifying all fuses. In the cab the panel you remove has a diagram on it.
Scrap the car and buy a new one.
depending on what is wrong, you can usually find a fuse panel somewhere along the dashboard. but there are probably fuses within the engine block for certain things, such as the ac etc...
The fuses for the electronic windows on a 1994 Toyota RAV4 should be located in the interior fuse box. The fuse box is usually located in the front of the vehicle.
Remove the "For Storage Only" caompartment on the left hand side of the steering wheel and you will see the fuses there. The compartment has a guide for the fuses printed on the back of it.
I would check the fuses. if all fuses look okay then check the wiring. if the wiring looks fine i would recommend taking it to a shop.
The fuses for 2000 Toyota Sienna is located in the engine compartment. The fuses are labeled as slot 12 and 13 and are rated at 15 amps.
