The flasher is under the dash. Take of the paneling undernieth the dash and there should be a cluster of three electrical devices that are your 4-way flashers and blinkers. The one for your flashers is the one closest to the passenger side door.
The Turning Signal Flasher is under the hood in the drivers side fuse box. When you remove the cover from the fuse box you will see the fuses but no relays / flashers. You must then remove a second cover. The snaps are along the side of the box. This will expose the relays and flashers for the 2004 Chrysler Crossfire.
