First off you do not have a 3.5 liter V6 engine in a 1990 Accord. The engine is a 4 cylinder 2.2 liter. The 3.5 liter did not even come on an Accord until 2008. The relay is located under the dash on the drivers side, it has seven terminals and is refered to as the main fuel injection relay. If you want to test the pump, use a paperclip to jumper the black with yellow tracer and the yellow with black tracer wires together, the pump should run. In some models of Accords they used a solid yellow wire in place of the yellow/black wire.
