The Source and Canadian tire have haynes automotive manuals, and they have sufficient wiring diagrams including the charging system.
The book number for the 1993 should be # 38035
However the Original GM Shop maneual Set is you best option. Electrial is in Book 2. Commonly found on eBay $40.
