I just found mine where it was not where it is supposed to be. There are three fuse boxes, one in the trunk, one under the hood, and one on the dash. The one on the dash is at the far left end of the dash (driver's side) between the door and the dash. It's a vertical box with a thumb opener. That's where I found the fuse diagram on my 2002 C230 compressor.
