It really depends on what subjects you're looking for.... and what you are looking for when you say age appropriate.
One site with lots of elelemtnary worksheets is: http://www.superteacherworksheets.com There are math worksheets, grammar worksheets, printing/handwriting worksheets, etc. Perhaps those can help you.

Shelter workshops for special education students are workshops where students can learn daily living skills related to employment under supervision. Students often transition to "working" in these type of workshops when they finish school so that they can continue to learn skills while also going to work, which is an age-appropriate behavior. Often they receive training and job coaching that can enable them to gain employment elsewhere.

I'm not aware of any special grants, but many schools do offer scholarships to people based on academic performance. Usually these take the form of fee waivers for tuition and fees rather than an outright cash grant.
