On your first visit, get the bolt cutters from the upper left hilltop, and some fur from the fence at the chicken farm. Test the DNA at the Mews Lab.
On your second visit, the herder has set up a trap at Snaggletooth Rock (center star). Use the jeep to herd three spotted goats into the grass by the rock, and join the herder at the trap.
