On an f150 there is a check valve in the tank that prevents you from siphoning the tank. You can disconnect the fuel line from the fuel filter. The line closest to the rear of the filter would be the one. Next under the hood remove the relay for the fuel pump. Use a small piece of wire and jump from the bottom directly to the top. When u do this fuel pump will come on and start pumping fue out immediately. So have a bucket or large container ready
Nearly any car is fair game for siphoning gas. The only stipulation is that the car needs gas in the gas tank, or it canâ??t be siphoned.
No
Sucked from a tank or chamber.
The only way to drain the gas tank is to use up the fuel, and then drop the tank and remove the rest by hand (by pulling the fuel pump) the 1996 and newer Taurus's feature an Anti-Siphon valve that prevents the tank from being siphoned.
gas can be siphoned out of any car. Most new cars have a screen or anti siphon gate where the filler hose enters the tank. Poke through it,or pull the filler hose from the tank, or put a hole in tank drain tank and put in a plug into the tank, if your state allows it. Just remember sparks and gas fumes are explosive.
There are two reasons that might cause it first some one siphoned the gas out of your KIA the other is that your fuel gauge sending unit in the tank stuck in one position and over the time it set it released its self.
They make an actual siphon hose with a squeeze pump on it. As long as you can get a hose in it, it's not siphon proof. The only siphon proof car is one with a locking gas cap.
NO it can not as there is a check valve located in the filler neck.
In order to siphon gas from a 2001 suburban, you will just need a hose pipe and a can. Place the hose pipe into the fuel tank and suck with your mouth and direct that end to the can. This is rather dangerous as it may cause various hazards.
Methane is commonly burned at landfills. It is not siphoned; it is a byproduct of decomposing materials inside the landfill. Since methane is lighter than air, it rises from the ground. Burning it keeps the landfill safe and is a great source of energy.

Here's how I did it: First, disconnect the supply line from the fuel filter. Turn the fuel selector to "ON" and blow into the supply line to force the bad gas back into the tank. Move the selector to "REServe" and repeat. Disconnect and remove the fuel level sending unit from the top of the fuel tank. Insert a garden hose into the fuel tank and start to siphon the bad gas into a container on the ground. While the gas is draining, label and disconnect the various hoses from the fuel tank. When you've siphoned as much as you can, remove the 3 bolts that secure the fuel tank to the hull and remove the tank. Empty the remaining fuel from the tank, rinse if necessary, and allow it to completely dry. Reinstall tank and reconnect hoses and sending unit.
