San Juan, Puerto Rico. (Multiple carriers.) jetBlue's route map makes it look as if you can go to Nassau, Bahamas; St. Maarten; and other places nonstop, but I'm not sure I'm reading the map right. (http://www.jetblue.com/wherewejet/) If you fly out of Hartford, Conn., you can also go to Nassau, Bahamas, and Cancun, Mexico. (Per Delta's route map.) Though it's not in the Caribbean, I know you can fly nonstop from Boston to Bermuda (But it's only Caribbean-like weather in the summer. It gets colder than the Caribbean in the winter.) (Per Delta's route map and possibly some other carriers.) I'm sure there are more, but those are the destinations that come to mind.
