Of course 'native' is a relative term. It merely says that the migration under consideration was not the first one to reach the given area. All humans derive from populations that once existed in Africa, but these populations in turn may descend from populations that migrated there from elsewhere. Ultimately, all life is transient, all the way back to the origin of life itself.
