China. Do an elementary seach. Pandas are big business as well as a serious event for people who like black and white animals with foreign names. And it is a bear. It is a bear which can, with very little effort, rip off a face or say, an arm. (In the interest of having a hand, do not mess with a Panda's bamboo.)
