Could be as simple as needing a tune up with spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, air and fuel filters.
If you have spark at all but one plug, the problem is with that plug, wire, cap or rotor.

What year is your s10? What size engine do you have? My '98 s10 with 2.2l 4-cyl doesn't have a distributor. Instead, it has ignition coils. If you can see your spark plug wires, you can always trace them from the plug to the coil or distributor. Good luck!
yes wires and cap are a good place to start, also check wires on the coil Check the spark plug wires and distributor cap.
located in the distributor itself, follow wires coming from coil to distributor
