You fill the cooling system through resevour, it should have a cap that screws on and says DO NOT OPEN WHEN HOT.
If the sensor is functioning properly, when you add the washer fluid the light should turn off automatically; no additional action required.

If Im not mistaken, the Pressure cap for a Saturn is the twist on cap on top of the coolant resovoir, if the cap say under pressure then that is it and to add coolant to radiator you fill it thru the res.
