The port is located in a real tight spot between the rear left side of the engine and the firewall. You need to unscrew the plastic cap and use a longer hose then the ones that usually come with the gas. Make sure you wear a long sleeve sweater or something because if the car has been running you could get burned by the engine, alternator etc. It is very tight back there and you will probably lose gas as you try to push the fitting on and off. Better left to a shop that knows what they are doing. No I don't work in a shop nor am I a mechanic. I just charged my car and yes I did get burned and cut and all that. Good Luck!
The low side line, pass. side.
no cap, just the coolant tank, add to this to add coolant../
There should be a fitting with a screw top on it somewhere in the AC hose in the engine compartment. Use R134A, not R12
Your car contains no Freon R12, it contains R134 which is not Freon. If you need to add refrigerant then you have a leak. It is illegal to add refrigerant without first repairing the leak. Take it to a professional and get the leak repaired.
that is the only place to add to it!
I have a2005 malibu and it has electronic steering no fluid needed
in the over flow tank
You may need to add water to the radiator or windshield washer tank
Two reasons, one you are poring it in to fast. or two it is full.
Look inside the owners manual.
How much antifreeze does a 1998 chevy mabilu ls take
You don't. The 2000 Saturn refrigerant is not Freon R12 it contains R134a. Add it at the Low pressure port. You have a leak or it would not be necessary to add refrigerant. It is illegal to add refrigerant to a system with a leak without first repairing the leak. Take it to a professional and have the leak fixed.
