The tube where the dipstick for the transmission goes is where you add the tranny fluid. You will probably need one of those funnels with the really long neck, so that you can get the fluid into the tube without pouring it all over the place. Be careful that you don't overfill the transmission! they didnt say it was automatic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The 2003 Kia Rio is equipped with the 4-speed F4EL automatic transmission in both engine options. The 2003 Rio can be used with SPIV and downwards specified automatic transmission fluid. The factory Kia fluid for this application is part# UM090-CH042 Type 4 SPIV which are 1-quart bottles.
A standard or manual transmission, doesn't use transmission fluid.

75w 90 or 80w 90 API GL-4 is what is recommended nowhere in that question did they say it was a 5speed.
