Go to the store, ask if they're hiring, ask for an application, and then ask to speak to a manager.
It used to be that the store manager or chain managers are the only ones that can actually hire you, but you can get a good feel for how you'd fit in by talking to any manager. Be prepared to let them know how hard you'll work, what hours you can work, and any restrictions that would keep you from working there.
