The bracket snaps on the window over the plastic pin in the window. You need to pull the bracket away from the window to get it down and over the plastic pin. If you will be replacing the window regulator you can just cut the bracket where it snaps over the pin.
From what I was told, from the guy at the auto store, you can't. You have to replace the entire bracket.
yes
Replace the Airbag/horn bracket in the steering wheel, rubber bushings are worn out,
Under the front of the car, under fuel tank on passenger side. It is mounted to the body in a bracket. You should see the in-line fuel filter in the same area.

It can be either the IPR (Injector Pressure regulator) or STC Bracket.
The u-braket that stratles the window has probably come off of one side. If you window motor and regulator still work, then the bracket has broken loose from the window. The only way to fix this is buying a new window. The u-bracket comes glued onto the window, there is no other way to fix it. I had both brackets come loose on my 2001, the brackets bolt to the window regulator. Hope this helps.
It is best to replace entire regulator as one unit. Remove door panel. Remove bottom nut of regulator, and remove two top nuts of regulator. Loosen two bolts on bracket holding window. Support window, and carefully remove regulator as one unit.
its right on your throttle body behind your injectors on the same assembly. if you want to change it, take out your injectors but replace the whole bracket with the regulator on it. there is a spring in that regulator that will fly out if you take it apart, plus there is a good chance it will leak after you get it back together
on my 1988 i had to first remove the door panel and then reach up there and hold the little bracket and then unscrew the mirror and dont forget to unplug it is electric and reverse it to re install it
