connect another cars battery with jumper cables. Will power the trunk motor, and allow it to be closed once cables are connected ( PROPERLY ). You might even be able to jump start car. Good luck
You just connect them in Parallel. Two 12 volt batteries connected in parallel will output 12 volts. Two connected in Series will output 24 volts. Just connect the negative terminal on the first battery to the negative on the second battery. Then connect the positive terminal on first battery to the positive on the second battery. Connect the cables to the second battery, positive to positive and negative to negative. Click the link for a diagram.
It is important to replace old spark plugs to keep a car engine running well. To replace them disconnect the battery, remove the cables, remove the old spark plugs, replace with the new spark plugs, replace the cables in the correct order, and connect the battery.
follow the positive battery cable down to the starter solinoid which is mounted to the starter motor, the starter motor should be on the same side as the battery is. good luck
There are two circuits on the battery and motor. One wire is take which have four ends. The wire is connected on the desired circuits.
Sometimes you have to disconnect everything, then slowly re-connect pieces, one at a time.
the motor should have two leads, usually a black and a white. connect the white to the fusebox and the black to a ground.
1. Locate the tractor battery cables. 2. Follow each cable to where it connects to the tractor. One cable will be connected/attached to the tractor chassis/frame. The other cable will be connected/attached to the tractor starter motor. If you don't find this to be true, then discontinue this procedure now. 3. Connect the unconnected end of the cable that is connected to the starter motor to the "+" or "pos" battery post. 4. Connect the unconnected end of the other cable that is connected to the tractor chassis/frame to the "-" or "neg" battery post. 5. Snugly tighten the post connector nuts to ensure a firm/stable electrical connection. Done. Your battery is now connected to your tractor properly.
Could be a short in the wiring of the actual starter motor!! The starter motor is the first piece of electrical equipment after the battery.
No. The starter motor, battery, battery cables, and ignition switch are all that is required. This will make the motor spin. The map sensor IS required to make the engine fire up, however.
I would suggest that you connect all components in series. That is, + of the first battery to - of the second. + of that battery to the switch and the second terminal of the switch to the motor. The last wire from the motor back to the - of the first battery. To reverse direction of the motor just swap the leads. There are many factors that will also affect speed such as how the motor is connected to the wheels, type of bearings, even the width and diameter of the wheels. Good luck and have fun!
you put the negative side to the positive side, and tape them stuck Hook them up "in series", like a flashlight. Connect the positive (+) of one battery to the Negative (-) of the other, then use the unconnected leads of each battery as the posts of the 24 volt battery.
