Use a funnel and pour the fluid in SLOWLY through the dipstick opening. Do NOT overfill the transmission!
Yes! I got a 1994 MX6 and it would shut down while driving when your oil is low.
Should be a plug at the side of transmission - fill to oil starts coming out of this plug

the engine oil dipstick is located at the rear of the engine. transmission has a drain plug on it. you can drain the oil from that, then put the bolt back in and undo the fill plug and fill it. 80w90 gear oil or 75w90 gear oil are recommended
You put the Transmission Fluid in the Transmission (fill point transmission drip stick tube) and the Oil (fill point Oil Cap) in the Engine.Hope This Helps.
