I acn give you a clue or two. It may be under the hood or in the back by the rear door. Probably have a pic of a windshield on the cap.
Believe it or not it is on the passenger side floor beneath the carpet...

I confirm, to refill the windshield wiper fluid, look at the left hand corner (driverside) of the dash board on the 1984-1987 Toyota Mini Vans. You will find a small opening there and on some, a cover. Remove the cover and the fluid in refilled there, after you take off a small cap. The style was changed in 1989 when Toyota scrapped out their original minivan series for the introduction of the Previa series (one of their best minivans ever made - in my opinion).On my 86 Toyota Cargo Van it is located behind the back door on the right side above the tail light assembly black cap also doubles as a funnel when you fill so not ALL Toyota Vans have the windshield washer tank in the same place.. Right side meaning passenger side for Canada/US/Mex..
