You appear to have a major problem. You need to consult a pool builder or the builder of your pool if it is a recent installation. You may also want to consult a soils annalist. Your pool is either settling or moving due to poor soil compaction, leaking pool or plumbing. k

Have you considered measuring exactly where it is to go then manufacture it from fibre glass outside the pool install the plumbing into it and drop it into place. that way you can easily remove when you wish and make repairs when needed.
