Open the glove box compartment and remove it. Disconnect the electrical connection and remove the three mounting screws. The blower motor fan wheel is attached to the shaft with a push nut. Grip the nut with a pair of pliers or pry it off with a small screwdriver, being careful not to crack the nut. To reinstall, push the nut onto the shaft. Be sure to check the resistor board located to the left of the motor for broken resistor wires or a melted thermal limiter.
Remove the glove box. The front blower motor and the resistor can be accessed from there.
It would be in the relay box under the hood near the battery.
Cut it out and weld a new one in.
The front blower motor relay is located in the fuse panel by your left knee. When you remove the cover, you will find a fuse block and 5 relays on the right of the fuse panel. The front blower relay is the last relay on the bottom
Simply raise the car and support the engine on a jack, then unbolt it.
The distributor in a Mercury Villager is the round thing at the front of the engine with the six spark plug wires attached to it.
You will have to take out all of the parts to do this. Unless you have some experience with doing automechanics, it is a good idea to take it in.
Front wheel drive
In front of the engine, down in the "V".
Bottom front of engine.
It is on the front of the engine on the end of the crankshaft.
At the front of the motor attached to the engine cradle.
