It's pretty much your own opinion. Ares downloads slower but has no viruses and is easy to use. FrostWire downloads fast, but may have many viruses. FrostWire is also very easy to use. My conclusion is if you have excellent virus protection and you don't mind taking a risk, then FrostWire.
