I would doubt that you can find an aftermarket dipstick. I'd scour the junkyards.
You might find one through a dealership, but they'll want an arm and a leg for it.

Yes, and it's something you don't want to do. I can cause cavitation which leads to improper lubrication. Your car probably doesn't have a dipstick, so you'll have to check the fluid at the fill plug on the side of the transmission. Remove that plug and let any excess fluid drain out.
