On the passenger side near the radiator (below some A/C lines if equiped) you will see a white container with a black cap and few lines coming out the bottom. That's where the Power Steering fluid goes. Clean off around the cap first before you remove it (to prevent dirt and crap from falling inside). Fill as needed.

Use a turkey baster to suck old fluid out, refill with new fluid.
