When the Trans Alaska Pipeline was constructed it was illegal to ship any of the oil from Alaska to other countries. Then during the Clinton Administration when oil was $8 a barrel, that law was changed. For 2 years Alyeska Pipeline Terminal shipped to Japan and South Korea a total of 5 times. They decided that this was not cost effective and now they no longer ship there. This was years ago. Now all the oil goes to refineries in Washington state, California and Hawaii. It provides most of the fuel in the Northwestern States. None of it leaves the country.
I have this information because I live in Valdez, Alaska. Where the end of the Trans Alaska Pipeline is located and the oil is shipped from. I receive my information from locals including family members who work at the Alyeska Pipeline Terminal (some of who are managers).

Oil industry-funded studies on the issue have limited sway with crude oil prices go up, is that going to change gasoline prices in the United States.
you put all the gas from the petrol into a tube with water and then a spare tube will take the crude oil into it. so there you go.
Okay Ly x -fractional distillation Warhamr
In short, weakening of the US dollar, e.g., due to the weakening US economy, causes crude oil prices to go up. Strengthening dollar makes the price of crude oil to decrease. It is explained by the Purchasing Power Parity theory, which assumes that the producers of crude oil should get the same price for oil in their own currency, after exchanging dollars they receive for crude oil.
Amber Valdez goes by Valdez.
As a result of a downturn in the worlds economic activity the demand for crude reduces causing the price to go down.
Because its expensive to build power stations and transport but once people use crude oil less then it will go down because money would go into natural gas production instead of crude oil
Plastic is a by product of oil therefore the price should go up
