There is only one tank for windshield wiper fluid in the 2001 venture. The tank actually has two pump mounted in it. The one for the rear window is mounted higher than the one for the front, so check the level in the fluid tank first.
If the tank is full and you still do not get fluid to the rear, check the pump and then the "Plumbing" going to the back of the van.
