If you can't locate it in the fuse box on your kick panel, check under the hood. I do know that your horn relay is there and I think the fuse is too, but I'm not positive about the fuse.

not sure on a 92 but I have a 97 Dakota & the fuse for the horn is under the hood. Check the fuse box on the left fender well. inside the cover should tell which fuse it is
On my '92, it is 13.2 US Gallons
check if there is a fuse box under your hood. That's where mine is but it is a 97.
Check the fuse first. If the fuse is good apply 12 volts directly to the horn. If it blows then the horn button on the steering wheel or wiring is defective. If not, the horn itself is defective.
It is located in the gas tank which can be accessed by removing the back seat.
I found mine (92) RS under the center console.
My 92 Eagle Summit has the horn fuse in the fuse box on the driver's side leg area near the emergency brake (on an auto). If the cap to the fuse box is missing (there's a diagram of all the fuses on it), check for burnt fuses.
jack the car up and there is a cable going to both back brakes, usually if you yank on the cable it should release them
Yes. Geo is a branch of Chevy but they also have alot of the Toyota parts on them. The Toyota corolla and the Toyota celica st have the same motor as the geo. More than likely it is the 4AFE 1.6L 1587cc only about 115 horsepower.
Disconnect horns, disconnect battery, disconnect relay, disconnect fuse .........................................or repair problem.
