On a 94 Ford 7.3, the throttle POS sensor is on the throttle body. It is on the opposite side of the throttle linkage.
a92 ford exp. has no camshaft pos. sencor. it has a crankshaft pos. censor.
The 2001 Ford E GR valve position sensor is attached to the firewall, in the engine compartment. The sensor will be on the drivers side of the engine compartment.

This model Honda (99Accord EX w/4 cyl.) does not have a CMP (cam pos. sensor). It has a cyl. pos. sensor. (CYP) Both sensors tell the computer when #1 cyl. is @ top dead center on the comp. stroke. These sensors are specific to manufacturer and model. This sensor is located in the distributor.

It wouldn't make much of a vacuum leak to cause the engine to idle at high RPM. First check for vacuum leaks even though you may still have good manifold vacuum.
