There is a brake reservoir under the hood of the engine. It is located typically in the back right section of the engine compartment (near the drivers side).
press a flexible tube over the end of the funnel. Worked for me.
The brake fluid reservoir is under the hood on the driver side. It is the yellow cap back near the base of the windshield.
The brake fluid level may be low in the reservoir. If the reservoir is low it's telling you the brake pads are worn down. As the brake linings wear down the fluid level drops and eventually turns on the brake light. Have a mechanic check your brakes soon.
