7/31/2012 - The "air compressor" for the rear "air shocks" is located in the front driver's side of the motor compartment just behind/below the headlights. You can't see by just looking in the motor compartment because it's hidden below the windshield washer tank area.
there is only one relay, for all the air bags its under the hood
that car has air bags in the rear so either the air bags are bad or the air pump on lines are bad
your rear air bags need to be replaced. if you continue to operate the vehicle you will burn the pump up. It is also recommended you replace the dryer at the same time.
yes hose t off over the center of rear end then split to both airbags one hose from pump to rear splits to both bags

Sounds like one of your rearend bags has a leak and won't pump up or the spider valve is stuck for the rear.
On a 2000 Lincoln LS ; The fuel pump relay is ( relay 007 ) in the rear power distribution box ( the only relay that is by itself ) You can view the 2000 Lincoln LS owners manual online at : www . motorcraft service . com ( no spaces ) Click on Owner Guides ( page 182 has a diagram of the rear power distribution box )
if you have more than 100k on it the rear bags have holes in them ,the fuse has blown cutting power to the pump that airs up the bags.
The 1985 Lincoln Town car should be equipped with an internal electric fuel pump. The tank is located in front of the carrier for the rear differential. It's difficult to change a pump with the tank still in its' seating.
The module is located in the trunk behind the passanger side rear seat. It is a 3 inch black box bolted to the shell frame.
